كيف تحذف حسابك
- افتح اللمّة الحلوة على تطبيق الهاتف أو على thesweetgathering.com
- سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك
- افتح صفحة الحساب من أيقونة الحساب في الشاشة الرئيسية
- اختر «حذف الحساب»
- أكّد العملية عند ظهور رسالة التأكيد
الحذف فوري ونهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
إن لم تستطع تسجيل الدخول
راسلنا على [email protected] من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل على حسابك، واطلب حذف الحساب. سنتحقّق من هويتك ثم ننفّذ الطلب خلال 15 يوم عمل كحدّ أقصى.
ما الذي يُحذف فورًا
- عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني
- كلمة المرور (المخزّنة بصيغة مُجزّأة)
- سجل ألعابك ونتائجك وأسماء الفرق التي أدخلتها
- اللعبة المحفوظة، إن وُجدت
- سجل الأسئلة التي سبق أن ظهرت لك
- سجلات المحتوى المفتوح على حسابك
- جميع جلسات تسجيل الدخول على كل أجهزتك
ما الذي يبقى — ولماذا
- سجلات عمليات الشراء (معرّف العملية وتاريخها ومبلغها فقط): نحتفظ بها للمدة التي تقتضيها الالتزامات الضريبية والمحاسبية والقانونية المعمول بها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. ولا ترتبط هذه السجلات ببريدك الإلكتروني بعد الحذف.
- بيانات إحصائية مجمّعة (أعداد وسجلات أحداث): لا يمكن من خلالها تحديد هويتك، ولا ترتبط بك بعد حذف الحساب.
تنبيه مهم قبل الحذف
يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى فقدان الوصول نهائيًا إلى أي محتوى مدفوع اشتريته، ولا يترتب على ذلك ردّ أي مبالغ. إن كنت تريد فقط تسجيل الخروج من جهاز معيّن، استخدم «تسجيل الخروج» بدلًا من الحذف.

How to delete your account
- Open The Sweet Gathering in the mobile app or at thesweetgathering.com
- Sign in to your account
- Open the account page from the account icon on the start screen
- Choose "Delete account"
- Confirm when prompted
Deletion is immediate, permanent and cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address registered on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and complete the request within 15 working days at most.
What is deleted immediately
- Your email address
- Your password (stored in hashed form)
- Your game history, scores, and any team names you entered
- Your saved game, if any
- The record of questions you have already been shown
- Records of content unlocked on your account
- All sign-in sessions across every device
What is kept — and why
- Purchase records (transaction identifier, date and amount only): retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. After deletion these records are no longer linked to your email address.
- Aggregated statistics (counts and event records): these cannot identify you and are not linked to you after your account is deleted.
Important before you delete
Deleting your account permanently ends access to any paid content you bought, and no refund arises from it. If you only want to sign out of one device, use "Sign out" instead of deleting.
